It’s a Party!

Welcome to this place my thoughts call home, the pages of my heart. Please, make yourself at home. I am fairly new here myself, but I’m sure we’ll soon get to know each other and get along fine!

Let’s see. . . I suppose I should introduce myself. I am wife to a good man who loves me no matter how crazy I can be. Just for that fact, I’ll say he is an incredible man! I am also the mother to three precious children. We live out our days in the Niagara Region of Ontario, Canada, educating at home, imagining wild adventures outdoors and enjoying freedom in Christ.

Much of this blog is dedicated to the things I learn raising adopted children and living with Fibromyalgia. I get excited about the things I learn in scripture and often choose to share those lessons. Just recently, I began sharing my story of spiritual abuse and my journey to healing. My thoughts tend to wander from here to there. Overall, this blog is about my life in Christ and the things he pens on my heart. . . the lessons I learn in the journey.

Tereasa, I love your blog and that you are an adopter of lovely children. I am stepmom to an adopted daughter (now grown) but I know that it takes much from your heart to reach out to the children who need a home. I also have suffered from fibromyalgia and we can share about that too. Although not a victim of spiritual abuse, I’m a victim of verbal and emotional abuse from a parent and know that hidden scars are as painful as the scars of visible abuses. Take heart . . . we’ll journey together. I’ll be following you!
